Reclaimed Fuji FP-100C Negative

I've recently learned that one can reclaim a scannable/ printable negative from Fuji FP 100C instant film.  This was very happy news for me, as I've been very sad since Polaroid Type 55 was discontinued, and a replacement/ comparable positive/ negative film would make me very happy.  I won't go into detail, but the process is explained here and here.   Here is the result of my first attempt, along with the instant print.  I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I think it has something to do with the emulsion.  The photo was  shot using a Pinhole 100 camera.

Two Views of La Peña de los Enamorados

La Peña de los Enamorados, 2010
La Peña de los Enamorados, as seen from the top of a hill in Antequera, Spain.  From this angle, the mountain doesn't quite appear human.  This photo was shot on expired Kodak Gold film using a blackbird, fly plastic camera.

Below, another view of the mountain.  This one was taken from a moving bus.  Shot on film using a Canonet QL17 rangefinder camera.  The human profile of the mountain is more visible.

La Noria

La Noria is a beautiful, old farmhouse outside of Fuente de Piedra.  It has been abandoned for quite a while, and I believe it is the subject of some sort of family dispute.  It is situated in an olive grove and has a tremendous view of the Fuente de Piedra laguna.  Here is a pinhole I shot of the exterior this summer.  The house is just visible in the center of the left hand side of the frame.  It was shot on film using a zero 2000 medium format pinhole camera.  I'm hoping to have the opportunity to take some closer photos soon.

For a perspective comparison, here is another shot from the previous year.  This one was shot on film using a Canonet rangefinder camera.  The horse-head sculpture embellished gate is not visible, but the path, house and caravan are.  I'd like to buy this house one day....

The Trees, They Bloom!

Trees, 2011

Trees, 2011
Two shots from this afternoon's dog walk.  The tripod tipped over during the first exposure, but it's not as shaky as I had feared.  The almond trees started blooming a couple of weeks ago, despite the fact that it was January (and now February) and still cold.  I'm not sure if that's normal for this area.
Both photos were shot on Fuji FP-100C instant film using a Pinhole 100 pinhole camera.
